Our story
We received the first farmer-distiller license in Massachusetts issued on February 26th, 2003. Nashoba Valley Spirits offers a wonderful selection of distilled spirits in addition to its wines and beers. Combining our award winning artistry of fermentation with years of experience in distillation, Nashoba Valley Spirits produces and sells some of the finest brandies, eau de vie, cordials and vodka (distilled from 100% apples) ever produced. These are exciting times at Nashoba Valley and exciting times for Massachusetts.
Nashoba Single Malt "Stimulus" 5-year Whiskey
Our single malt whiskey represents our way of stimulating our commitment to excellence and quality. Carefully selected oak cask from our winery, imparts the unique quality of our wines to the tradition of the world’s favorite spirit.
Mixed Beverages
We have crafted several classic and speciality cocktail recipes for you to use when trying our spirits. Some of them include Espresso Martini, Strawberry Gin & Tonic, and Whiskey Sour.
Farm Grown & Distilled
Over 2500 individual 4 ounce Bottles have been sold or given to our customers and supporters of our Family Farm.
Nashoba Valley Staple Spirits
Vodka and Gin are our staple spirits. Our Gin is made by combining 10 botanicals of juniper berries, coriander, clove, nutmeg, lemon peel, orange peel, cinnamon, angelica root, herbs de provence and anise.
