Vodka
First released in 2003, our vodka is produced 100 percent from locally grown apples. Moderately full-bodied. Chocolate, anise, dried herbs, charcoal. Rich, smooth texture. Amazingly little heat in the finish. Clear and colorless. Tripled distilled and charcoal filtered for 8 hours gives an exceptionally smooth neutral spirit.
Gin – “The Perfect 10”
Combining 10 botanicals of juniper berries, coriander, clove, nutmeg, lemon peel, orange peel, cinnamon, angelica root, herbs de provence and anise. We are proud to introduce Gin to our product line. Unlike liqueurs, where flavorings are added to the distilled spirits, our Gin is made by re-distilling the spirit with the flavoring ingredients in the still and by passing the vapor through the flavoring agents during distillation. The name Gin comes from genievre, French for juniper. The “Perfect 10” comes from the results.
Vidal Grappa (SOLD OUT)
Release in 2004, our pomace Brandy (Italian Grappa and French Marc are the best-known examples) is Brandy made from the pressed grape pulp, skins, and stems that remain after the grapes are crushed and pressed to extract most of the juice for wine. Our grappa a fresh, fruity aroma of the type of grape used, a characteristic that is lost in regular oak-aged Brandy. Generous and complex violet, fresh fruit and mineral aromas. A smooth attack leads to a moderately full-bodied palate with a touch of heat and exceptional grappa flavors. Clear and colorless. An acquired taste!
New Wave Gin
A spin on our classic perfect 10 Gin. This is an easy drinking, lighter gin, that has a focus on citrus and juniper flavors. We blended and rested this spirit over a period of several months resulting in this smooth, delicious hand-crafted spirit.
